1 oz Aloe Vera Gel 1 oz Lavender Hydrosol 10 drops Lavender EO 8 drops Roman Chamomile EO 2 drops Peppermint EO
Mix together, shake well. I put it in a squeeze bottle and keep it in the refridgerator. Works wonders
