Put the following oils onto a hot compress and apply to the lower back:
* 3 drops Rosemary oil
* 1 drop Clove oil
* 1 drop Eucalyptus oil
When the compress becomes cold, replace it with another. Do this at least 3 times a day.
Massage the lower back and into the crevice of the buttocks with:
* 3 drops Peppermint oil
* 5 drops Rosemary oil
* 2 drops Chamomile oil
* diluted into 2 teaspoons base oil
