This table has two levels. You can look at the first level of two charts. Then go down from each chart and select a specific oil and see its total nutrient profile.
As these charts only deal with those minerals that are considered part of the MDR (US medical mininum daily requirement to stop disease or rickets, … only the MINIMUM daily needs) or RDA (US medical RECOMMENDED daily allowance) on a vitamin/mineral supplement bottle, they do not show the rest of the trace minerals.
What they do not show is that the tree nut oils will be the higher mineral compounds. I use a lot of essential oils for different things and thought others might enjoy this as much as I did.
