Question: from Elaine

I am 61 years old and have seriously injured my knee – possibly a torn tendon at the miniscus. I desperately need to try to heal this, as everything I do is predicated upon walking, lifting, digging (I’m a gardener). Could you suggest a program which might help with this? I have been trying acupuncture for a while to reduce inflammation, but there’s a long way to go. There is a real danger of permanent damage if I can’t improve my situation enough to function safely. I’m grateful for any advice.

Answer: from Warren Matthews of Xtend-Life

Yes, a knee injury is certainly something that you want to fix as soon as possible, more so for you being an active person.

You have to do two things. One, to help settle down the inflammation and two to provide the nutrients needed to help with the repair.

If I were you I would this is what I would do:

!. Add our GLM Omega 3 Plus and our Arthrit-Eze to your daily supplement regime. These products will help settle down the inflammation and give your body the basic nutrients that it needs to rebuild cartilage. If you check out the ingredients in Arthrit-Eze on our website you will get a better appreciation as to how it may help.

Take three soft gels of the GLMOmega 3 per day, and 6 tablets of the Arthrit-Eze. You could cut the Arthrit-eze back to 3 tabs a day after a couple of months.

2. If you are not already taking it, add Total Balance to your regime as well. This will help with overall cell health and to help prevent general degeneration. These can be taken at 6 per day, ideally.

We have many customers who have found that this protocol has really helped their rehabilitation. Good luck.
