Anti-Anxiety Aromatherapy Recipe Blend

* 3 drops neroli
* 2 drops patchouli
* 2 drops geranium
* 2 drops rose
* 2 drops ylang ylang

* 1 drop frankincense
* 1 drop bergamot

 

Add essential oils to a clean dark glass bottle. Gently blend. Add a few drops to a scent ring, or drizzle some into a piece of aromatherapy jewelry, inhale directly from the bottle (don’t get any on your nose), or add to an aroma lamp. You can also add some oil to a cotton ball, place the cotton ball on a plate and let evaporate into a room.
