Low Fat Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 cup chocolate chips
4 cups skim milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cinnamon sticks
Instructions:
Place the chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour the milk into the pan. Add the cocoa powder, sugar substitute and the cinnamon. Cook, stirring constantly, 4 minutes or until the chocolate chips have completely melted and the cocoa has completely dissolved. Pour into warm mugs. Add a cinnamon stick to each mug.
