Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups ‘vegan’ milk (soy, nut or rice)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
cup hemp seeds (shelled)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish with lid, stir and bake in the oven for at least one hour or until all the liquid has been absorbed. Serve immediately with a handful of fresh fruit.
