Soak away your worries with this refreshing mineral bath.

Mix together 1/2 cup epsom salts, 2 tablespoons of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Add 7 drops of lavender essential oil and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the bath under running water. Make sure the salts are completely dissolved and that the oils are evenly dispersed.

Suggested variations:

You can make an even more relaxing bath by adding Roman chamomile, sandalwood or patchouli.
